Versant Level 4 required

Minimum 6 months experience required

Salary:



Undergraduate - ?15,000

Graduate - ?16,000

Shift Timing

:

Rotational Shifts (6 AM - 12 AM)

9 hour shift including 1hr brk

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries & issues via voice process Deliver excellent customer service & resolve concerns effectively Communicate professionally in both English & Hindi Record customer interactions & escalate when required Manage customer conversations in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal & written communication skills Good customer handling & problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge & typing skills Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
