Customer Support Executive



Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3.0 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable

Roles and Responsibilities:



Making Outbound Calls.

Handling inquiries/complaints from customers, targeting satisfactory closure.

Developing relationships with premium clients and customers, thus enhancing the business.

Making Sales calls.

Providing help and advice to customers using the organization's product.

Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email.

Customer Satisfaction and improve services.

Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers.

Consistency in quality.

Setting up appointments.

Manage CRM.

Good Communication skills

Computer Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
