Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, or phone.
Provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Guide customers through product features and troubleshoot technical problems.
Record and document all interactions using internal tools and CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Identify customer pain points and proactively contribute to process improvements.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
