Role Overview
We are seeking
Customer Support Executives
to handle student queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth experience for learners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
Assist students with admission, documentation, and course-related queries.
Provide accurate information about programs, processes, and timelines.
Maintain student records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Escalate complex queries to senior team members when needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interaction.
Skills & Requirements
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome; experience in EdTech/Customer Support is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good listening skills, patience, and empathy.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
What We Offer
Fixed Salary: ?12,000 - ?20,000 (based on experience)
