Attend inbound calls from Domestic Customers. Explain products/services and persuade potential customers. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer details. Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets. Follow standard scripts, company policies, and call etiquettes.
