Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Noida office. The main job is to talk to customers, solve their problems, and give them the best service. You must have excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities



Talk to customers on phone, chat, or email. Help customers solve their problems or answer their questions. Give correct information in a polite way. Follow up with customers if needed. Work with other team members to solve problems. Make sure customers are happy and satisfied.

Requirements



Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi and English. Must be comfortable working in rotational shift of 9 hours between 7 AM-11 PM. A positive attitude and good listening skills. Ready to learn and grow.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
