Requirements

Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English
Prior experience in
BPO / Customer Support / Sales
Mandatory:
Inbound & outbound calling experience in
Travel Agency process
Strong analytical and customer-handling skills
Team-handling experience required for Team Lead role
