Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls politely and professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Provide product or service-related information
Solve basic customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant team
Maintain daily records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups
Support the sales or operations team with customer-related tasks
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to remain calm and positive with customers
Problem-solving attitude and team player
Prior experience in customer support or call center is a bonus
Freshers are welcome with a willingness to learn
