Troubleshooting and problem-solving:

Addressing technical issues, guiding customers through processes, and offering solutions to complaints.

Resolving customer issues:

Working to resolve complaints, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolutions.

Providing accurate and timely information:

Ensuring customers receive up-to-date and accurate information about products and services.

Recording and managing customer interactions:

Maintaining detailed records of interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions, often using CRM systems.
