Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive who will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience with our products and brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a genuine interest in promoting health through natural products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educate customers about Jivika's products, their benefits, and usage to help them make informed choices.
Handle order processing, and shipping updates, and manage returns or exchanges, following up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to relay customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Jivika's product line, staying updated on new products and industry trends.
Document and update customer records with relevant information, interactions, and resolutions.
Requirements:
relevant work experience in customer service or support roles.
Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
