Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or internet queries to resolve routine issues related to the company's products or services.?

Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools, and provide accurate resolutions or education regarding products or policies.?
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions in databases.?
Offer relevant products or services as needed, and appropriately escalate complex concerns to senior staff.?
Prepare and present reports as required, while participating in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.?
Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.?

Basic computer knowledge for call tracking, documentation, and navigation of support systems.?

Qualifications
10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
0 to 1 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers often eligible.
