Job Overview:

Zaps Group is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance, ensuring a seamless experience across all Zaps services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Handle service bookings, complaints, and feedback with a professional attitude. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide product/service information and resolve emerging problems.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus). Prior experience in a customer support or call center role is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
