Job Summary
We are looking for a
Customer Service Executive
who can provide exceptional support to our customers, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a delightful experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
, emails, and chat queries from customers.
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, offers, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams for issue resolution.
Maintain customer data and interaction records in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Achieve daily/weekly call and service quality targets.
Requirements
Excellent
communication skills
in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred).
0-2 years of experience in
customer service, telesales, or BPO
roles (freshers can apply).
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or ticketing systems.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
