We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely solutions. The role involves answering calls, resolving shipment/delivery issues, updating customers on parcel status, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Assist customers with shipment booking, tracking, and delivery updates.
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Provide excellent service to enhance customer experience.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
Problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
