About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle
inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
with clients or customers professionally.
Understand client requirements and explain our digital services and products clearly.
Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into active clients.
Resolve client concerns with a polite and solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement based on customer insights.
Basic knowledge of
Excel
is preferred. If not, we will provide training.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
A calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A team player who is eager to learn and grow
Project Coordinator / Operations Executive
Manage daily communication between teams and clients for ongoing digital/IT projects.
Track project timelines, updates, and deliverables.
Ensure timely updates and reporting to management.
Coordinate meetings, document project requirements, and follow up on tasks.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in company systems or CRMs.
