Required Candidate Profile:



Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills. Capable of efficiently managing multiple critical tasks. Strong communication abilities, with prior experience in customer care within any service-oriented industry being advantageous. Possesses good computer literacy. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu and a drive for professional advancement are essential. Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide product explanations, and offer relevant information. Mandatory follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
