Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming customer calls

in a professional and courteous manner Answer customer queries related to products, orders, delivery, and basic service support Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction Escalate issues to the concerned internal team when required Maintain basic call and customer records Follow company guidelines and communication standards
Qualification & Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Freshers are welcome to apply

Basic communication skills in

Tamil and English

Willingness to learn and a customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge preferred
