In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with queries or complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer queries, provide information, and offer solutions over the call in Tamil. Follow call scripts and company guidelines to deliver consistent service. Record details of customer interactions accurately in the system. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
