Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for Pan India (OR) USA, UK, and France.
Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
Handle and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon.
Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in customer support (handling international customers).
Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
Experience with Shopify would be added advantage.
Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
Candidates from Chennai or comfortable to relocate to Chennai are preferred
