Customer Support Executive (Voice Process - Healthcare)
Role Summary:
We're hiring caring professionals to support patients with simple inquiries and follow-ups. This is a stable day shift role with no sales pressure and is ideal for those with BPO voice experience seeking easier work and growth in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls (inbound and outbound) with kindness
Share clear info on appointments, services, and next steps
Update records and logs in our system
Coordinate appointments and help resolve concerns
Gather patient feedback to improve our care
What We Need:
Great communication skills and empathy for patients
Comfort with basic computer use
Customer service experience (BPO voice highly suitable--you'll find this role simpler with no sales targets)
