Customer Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers with timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
Adhere to company policies and communication guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate (Freshers or 0-1 year experience).
Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil added advantage).
Good listening skills and customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
