Coordinate effectively with the sales team and customers.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Register, track, and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and call details.
Support sales activities and assist with customer follow-ups.
Update customers regarding orders, offers, and service status.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Ability to speak multiple languages will be an added advantage.
