Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. Client calls handling. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems. Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement. Ensure communication is clear, professional, and empathetic. Handle renewals, cancellations, and account inquiries.
Essential Skills

Strong communication and active listening abilities. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools. Patience and conflict resolution techniques.
