We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls / customer queries
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information
Record and update customer details in the system
Follow-up and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred )
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude & problem-solving skills
multilingual is added advantage
