JOB DESCRIPTION - Customer Support Executive (Voice)
Role: Executive
Department: Customer Support (Call Centre)
Location: Vadapalani
Reports to: Team Leader
Job Purpose: Ensure that all the calls been done on given SL and follow ups responded within SLA which ends in conversion based on the give target. Responsibilities: (As assigned to the Executive) 1. Maintain the calling and notification database 2. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. 3. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. 4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. 5. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. 6. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. 7. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. 8. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. 9. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. 10. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements. Reports to be prepared ? Daily MIS(Management Information System) on calls ? Calling and notification data ? Consolidated database creation on calling activity ? Conversion data Job Specification: ₹ Educational Qualification - Any Degree/ Diploma ? Experience Required - 0 to 2 years of Experience Skills required: ₹ Persuasive, Negotiating and Influencing Skills ? Patience and Good Listening Skills ? Proactive approach ? Good Communication Skills ? Flexible to work in shifts ? Good Oral Communication in English and Regional language
