Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ethnic fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset to help drive sales and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



1.Customer Interaction & Brand Promotion:

Interact with customers to ensure a memorable shopping experience while actively promoting the brand's identity and values.

2. Virtual Shopping Assistance

: Conduct video call with customers to offer a seamless and personalized virtual shopping experience showcasing the products.

3. Upselling & Cross-Selling

: Recommend complementary products to enhance customer purchases and increase basket size.

4.Understanding Customer Needs:

Listen actively to customer preferences, occasions and suggest suitable products that align with their style and purpose.

5.Database Collection & Marketing Utilization

: Maintain and grow the customer database. Capture essential customer details and preferences to assist the marketing team in targeted promotions, and follow-ups.

6. Post-Purchase Service:

Address any post-purchase queries, exchanges, or feedback professionally, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory after-sales experience.

7. Retention Marketing Support

: Assist in customer retention efforts by engaging with past buyers, sharing personalized product updates, exclusive previews, that encourage repeat purchases and long-term brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:



Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
An unwavering focus on delivering excellent customer needs
Prior retail or sales experience preferred (especially in apparel/fashion)
Ability to multitask and handle high footfall during peak hours
Proficiency in using basic CRM software is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
