We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to handle customer calls, queries, and service coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to handle customers effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Attend customer calls and respond to inquiries politely and efficiently. Provide details about products, services, and order status. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain proper customer records and follow up when required. Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer feedback and activities. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service.

Skills Required:



Manageable communication skills in Tamil and English (both speaking and writing).

Knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage

. Good interpersonal and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication). Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly. Prior experience in customer support or telecalling preferred.
