Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service.
Skills Required:
Manageable communication skills in Tamil and English (both speaking and writing).
Knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage

Good interpersonal and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.
Prior experience in customer support or telecalling preferred.
