Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins related to admissions and inquiries.
Provide detailed information on course structure, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
Follow up with leads and maintain a conversion pipeline using CRM tools.
Assist in admission formalities, documentation, and fee collection.
Maintain records of inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups in the system.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to support promotional activities and events.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and conversion targets.
Participate in counseling sessions, webinars, or student engagement activities as required.
