Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Candidates who are fluent in
Kannada
orTelugu
(spoken) will be givenpriority
for this role. It's morning Shift only (9AM to 5:30PM).Extra Preferrence if you know 2+ languages.
Location: 500mts from Tidel Park, Peelamedu, Hope College.
