Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a polite and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding
ERP products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in resolving basic issues or escalate complex cases to the senior support team when required.
Maintain and update customer records with accurate documentation of all interactions.
Support customers with
ERP product features, order status, and basic troubleshooting.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on company products, service enhancements, and support procedures.
Learn and effectively use customer support and ticketing software to handle customer requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0 to 1 year of experience
in customer support or software product support (ERP knowledge preferred).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet navigation).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and Tamil.
Candidates who can speak
Telugu
will have an added advantage.
Hindi
proficiency is optional.
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
Time management and multitasking skills.
