Make calls to notify the customers regarding Insurance renewal & follow-up.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents or requirements.
Provide payment reminders and assist with clarifications.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in
Tamil.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
