Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer queries through calls, emails, or chats. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about products. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirement:



Freshers are most welcome. Fluency in Hindi, Kannada and English. Other Languages are added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools is a plus). Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
