Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing product information.
Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to monitor order status and update customers accordingly.
Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
