We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive who is
fluent in any one of the languages i.e Hindi , Tamil and Kannada
to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries and issues effectively. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
? Interact with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist with their queries, concerns, and requests.
? Fluently communicate in
any one of the languages i.e Hindi , Tamil and Kannada
to understand and address customer issues and inquiries accurately. Additionally, proficiency in English and other languages may be a plus.
? Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
? Proven customer support experience or relevant customer service skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving customer issues.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Knowledge of relevant computer software and tools, including CRM systems.
? A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
? Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Work Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
