Job Title: Outbound Lead Generation Executive

Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 4:30 AM, Monday to Friday) Fixed Shift

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed.

Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10 km of Wagle Estate, Thane (W) will be preferred.

Job Overview:

Midaspire Global Services LLP is urgently hiring experienced professionals for its Outbound Medical Lead Generation Process. The role involves connecting with U.S. customers, generating qualified leads, and achieving performance-based targets.

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven individuals with prior experience in international outbound or inbound sales who can communicate effectively and thrive in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with U.S. customers via outbound calls to generate qualified medical leads. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead details. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets. Provide excellent communication and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Collaborate with the team to optimize calling strategies and improve lead quality.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in international inbound/outbound Voice (Lead generation or Sales (BPO/Call Center experience preferred). Education: HSC or above. Communication: Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills. Work Mode: Office-based, night shift only. Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10 km of Wagle Estate, Thane (W) will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month. Incentives: Unlimited daily and monthly performance bonuses. Perks: Fixed shift, fixed weekends off, and a professional work environment with growth opportunities.
