Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with strong communication and persuasion skills
to handle client coordination and daily follow-ups. The role involves maintaining regular
contact with clients, collecting required information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day
communication and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make regular calls to clients for collecting data, updates, and follow-ups on assigned
activities.
? Maintain a daily record of client communication and ensure timely sharing of
information with internal teams.
? Coordinate between clients and respective team members for any queries or
requirements.
? Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of client responses and updates.
? Maintain professionalism and build positive client relationships through clear and
courteous communication.
? Assist the HR/Admin/Accounts team in gathering information or updates related to
client deliverables when needed.
? Meet daily/weekly call and update targets as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Graduated in any discipline.
? 3 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, client coordination, or customer handling
roles.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong convincing ability and a professional telephone manner.
? Good knowledge of Excel or basic data tracking tools.
? Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing daily client communication.
? Must be willing to work from the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
