Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated, polite, and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team at Vaku Luxos. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails. You will be responsible for delivering a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries, concerns, and order-related issues.
Manage customer interactions through chat support with quick and clear responses.
Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns/exchanges, and warranty support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented service.
Coordinate with internal teams for order tracking, issue resolution, and escalations.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 15 years of customer support experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to multitask across calls, chats, and emails.
Basic computer knowledge and basic Excel and Google sheet knowledge.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
