Confirm customer orders over phone calls.
Make outbound calls to customers for order verification and confirmation.
Provide order-related updates to customers.
Handle follow-up calls regarding pending confirmations, deliveries, or queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Resolve basic customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
Comfortable with calling and speaking to customers.
Basic knowledge of handling call logs and order details.
Customer-focused and polite approach.
Ability to manage follow-ups efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM or Excel is a plus).
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in customer support / telecalling is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
