Key Responsibilities:

Provide

customer service

through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email. Resolve

customer complaints

, service requests, and product/order queries. Deliver

high-quality support

with a focus on customer satisfaction. Manage

order tracking

, refunds, and replacements for e-commerce categories. Assist leads with

real estate inquiries

, follow-ups, and basic information sharing. Maintain

CRM records

, update customer details, and ensure timely follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and service improvement. Ensure

professional communication

, problem-solving, and empathy in every interaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong

communication skills

in Hindi & English. Ability to handle

multitasking

, switching between different brand categories. Experience in

customer support

call center

, or

BPO

is a plus. Good command of

CRM tools

, WhatsApp Business, and email handling. Strong

problem-solving skills

, patience, and customer-first mindset. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
