Job Description

Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and chat. o Understand customer requirements and provide accurate technical & sales support. o Drive revenue growth through consultative conversations, upselling & cross-selling. o Achieve performance metrics -- CSAT, Sales, Productivity, and Quality. o Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-first communication at all times. Eligibility Criteria: o Experience: Minimum 1 year in Tech + Sales (International BPO preferred) o Education: Graduation mandatory (CS/IT background preferred) o Skills: Excellent English communication (verbal & written) o Availability: Flexible for rotational shifts & offs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
