Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails related to orders, returns, or product queries.
Provide accurate information about products, prices, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, operations) to resolve customer issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are completely resolved.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
