Key Responsibilities
Reach out to customers via
phone calls, emails, and messages
to address queries and provide assistance.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication in a professional and empathetic manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation in CRM/other tools.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to improving customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English/Hindi/Regional languages as per requirement.
Prior experience in
customer support, telecalling, or client servicing
is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
