Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service (phone, email, chat) - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:



- Availability: 3-4 hours/day, flexible morning/afternoon shifts/ evening shifts - Excellent communication & problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong empathy and customer-centric mindset - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
