Job Description

1. Get trained on using vehicle tracking software of client

2. Login to software daily and check for offline devices of transporter

3. Check with transporter for vehicle availability

4. Find and align field technician to attend the offline device in the vehicle

5. Handle client queries regarding vehicle tracking software, report generation, etc.

6. Maintain data of daily activities done as per client requirements

7. Email / chat / whatsapp communication with customers for smooth coordination

8. Use ticketing system to check customer queries and complaints

9. Speaking fluent English and Hindi is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 per month
