Customer Support Executive
to join our team. As a fresher, you will be trained to handle customer interactions professionally, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as calls, emails, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge.
Patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric attitude.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate in any stream
