Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, or orders.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or system.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Dispatch, Technical, etc.) to resolve issues.
Follow up on pending customer issues until closure.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
Escalate unresolved queries to senior team members as needed.
Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.
Maintain professional communication at all times.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Problem-solving ability and patience.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications
Any degree / diploma.
Minimum
6 months of experience
in customer support.
