Support Executive

to manage day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and proficient in handling data and online systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders. Record, track, and maintain accurate data for all feedback and communications. Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Support purchase order processing, billing coordination, and other operational tasks. Assist senior team members and manage responsibilities in their absence.

Eligibility & Skills Required:



Minimum 2 years of experience in backend support, operations, or related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication in

Hindi and English

. Fast and accurate typing in both Hindi and English. Proficiency in

MS Office

(Excel, Word) and online portal management. Ability to prepare reports and maintain data accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
