We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and other channels. The role focuses on resolving inquiries promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive brand experience in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries efficiently across multiple channels, providing accurate product/service information and guidance.
Resolve issues by troubleshooting problems, escalating complex cases when needed, and following up to confirm satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems and support tools.
Identify recurring customer feedback trends and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) for seamless resolutions.
Handle high-volume interactions while upholding service quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certification in customer service is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or call center roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency preferred).
Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy and patience under pressure.
Ability to multitask, work in rotational shifts, and meet KPIs like response time and resolution rates.
