Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative/ Complaints specialist.

International Logistic Process Excellent Communication Skills Required Training will be provided 5 Days working

Responsibilities-



Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. Go the "extra mile" to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills required-



Freshers with Excellent Communication skills. Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus. Exceptional listening skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
