Customer Support Executive

for our night shift team. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in customer service (voice/chat/email), strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Cab facility is available for safe night-time commute.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Log interactions in the CRM system Meet performance and quality standards Escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:



1-2 years of customer support experience Excellent English communication skills Comfortable with night shifts Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
